Come on now. Do you set alone in a room? If you get a group of people together they tend to get loud. Doesn't matter what the race. I have been around many blacks that were loud and many more white people that were loud.

Race has nothing to do with it.

Now as far as the video goes, everyone things its funny till he puts one on her chin. They didn't care when she hit the driver of a bus. If she hit him hard enough and knocked him out, you would have a bus rolling out of control. That could injure or kill someone. It could also do the same to the passengers of the bus. The brave people that decided to stand up and protect the "woman" should have stood up and told her to sit her damn loud ass down before she causes an accident.

Now in the words of Chris Rock "Now I'm not saying he should have killed her, but I understand."

Good for him, there have been a bunch of attacks on bus drivers in NYC recently, surprisingly all in ghetto neighborhoods. If a guy did that down here all hell would break loose, but apparently its ok to assault the drivers.

The video doesn't show what she did, but most likely it was just a slap or scratch. Also the bus was stopped.

From what I remember it was moving at the start of the video. I think it was when she hit him or what ever she did. You can see her go in far enough to do something.

By the way, if you want to beat the terrorists. Set up an inner city bus line route that runs to Tehran and shit'll be over in days.
