Looked a lot more fun than my day. I got the full-finger with reach-around from my doctor! All tests came back good but, I'm still not sure how he was doing the inspection with both hands on my shoulders. Weird huh?

More interesting than ours. Grilled some NY strips and made some creamed spinach. Then hung out with the kids and went to bed exhausted as usual after another long day.

Yep, sure am. There was a valid reason he wasn't with me. I was in a different state than him for mandatory training.

Creamed spinach is a steak house staple, along with mushrooms, onions, etc. Offered at any quality steak house I've ever been to in the States - CA, IL, NY, FL, GA, NC, TX

Fried okra is delicious IF it's cooked crispy! Not the coating, the okra itself! Too many places stop when the breading is lightly browned and you end up with slick-slimy-green okra! Nasty!

Salad, steamed with butter, boiled (but not to death) with a little vinegar..... Creamed spinach isn't even on my radar.
