One of the jobs I do at work is drilling 1" holes in a stainless steel centrifugal casting. I wear NRR33 ear plugs plus my best shooting muffs when drilling those 16 holes in each part. It just screeches

I hand out ear plugs to the entire shop ( 15 workers). Plus the office hates me too :lol
