How do I make the gub'ment pay for my new earth-sheltered home?

I assume that build would start with a big hole in the ground... Maybe an anonymous call to the local sheriff saying that you, or someone else, maintained a mass grave consisting of nearly 30 missing children since 1988... and it's located at... then give the coordinates.

Youve never seen a ground home or where sidee of a house are in a dirt mound? Most energy effecient you can get.

One of the coolest nature homes is one in arizona that was for sale a couple years ago. It was built into the red rock plateau. Windows and all.

I'd love to have one, especially if we get another summer like 2011.
Good luck getting conventional financing for one, though. I don't know about any government programs, but most banks won't touch them. :idk:

Always wanted to do that, but there really is nowhere left around here to do it. The land where you'd want to put one, around here, has all been bought up by developers.

That would probably land me in government-funded housing, alright...

No. But I own about 17 acres in the north Georgia foothills with plenty of perfect building/excavation sites.

Maybe I'll write Ellen.
