Heard about this on Rovers Morning Glory today, absolutely ridiculous. So according to them its a much better approach to just sit back and let bad things happen to innocent people rather than to step in and look out for a fellow person. I just want to know if they have that same outlook if their kid is being bullied, or their wife is being harassed in a bar, etc

This is Calgary, Alberta, where every year they celebrate the "Old West" by having rodeo events and chuck wagon races. Don't worry, this will not go over well there.
