View Full Version : Drinking and driving commercial
No Worries

Anyone see the commercial where the cop pulls over the driver and asks if he's been drinking, and he opens the door and beer pours out from the whole car? They added a segment with a motorcycle. The cop asks the rider if he's been drinking and he lifts his helmet visor and beer pours out.
Funny, but too bad they don't show the driver and rider going to jail, and their vehicles getting towed. Or the lawyer, courtroom, and all the time and money it costs.

they play that basic commercial here fairly often. I think showing the arrest and courtroom, plus towing would probably help make the message much clearer.

The motorcycle rider is an idiot. It's much easier to store your beer in a camelback.

They also don't show you these fools saying shit like:
I wasn't Drunk the cops were out to get me! (if you knew that already Einstien why were you drinking under in a place where the cops were out to get you)
I only had one drink to many (still to many putz)
Anyone would drink to if..... (perhaps but only idiots drive afterwards)
The cop hit me! ( you were going south in the north bound lane and they pushed you off the road)
These are real lines I have heard ( variations of the first 3 over and over again) In my job as a drug and alcohol counselor in he department of corrections. I hate whining drunks.. give me a good honest wino or junkie any day at least they know they fucked up. Privileged middle class and upper middle class pukes who act suprised and indignant when faced with the consequences of their actions annoy me!
Love the commercials though. We need one with some one on a sportbike and then some twit on a schwin wabbling into traffic too!

I figured they were just doing that around here because of MotoGP coming up...
