Any that can help me out would be appreciated. Found a pickup with 75k miles but has been fully painted and trying to figure out why.

Bingo. I ended up doing autocheck unlimited for $45. Carfax has gotten crappy with their options. Their "unlimited" plan sucks.

Exactly why they charge what they do. You get what you pay for. $45 is worth it if you find a reason to not buy.
