I don't know how the law would react but someone pointing a loaded weapon at my kid doesn't have long to live...They could do with me whatever.

Not having kids, but a dog I love as one and a niece that if put in that position Would make my body react in ways my mind couldn't stop. Oh, Ya you like to shoot my dog? Well here I like to shoot you. I wouldn't know where to start hurting this fucker. But Once I Started it would end with him gone. And It wouldn't be easy. Same hold true for any sick fuck who tries to molest any member of my circle. They wont need to go to court, Shit I will bond them out just to pick them up!

Ok, Enough of this. Fuck this guy... I hope they do a follow up story so I can see that he got 12 months probation to know were all "Safe" now.

I would have put a bullet is his fucking forehead. As soon as he pointed that rifle at any of my family members, I have the right to defend myself and I would have taken full advantage of the law.

Exactly!!!

This is how it would read if this was at my house...

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mich. -- A 40-year-old Howell man is found dead and is in the Livingston County morgue after a neighborhood dispute Sunday.

Neighbors told police the man was upset over a property line dispute and came out of the house with a rifle and fired in the air.

The man then fatally shot a neighbor's dog and pointed the rifle at neighbors and made death threats against them and their children, police said.

While the man was reloading his rifle, he saw his brother coming toward him and turned the barrel toward his brother, witnesses said.

At which point Chris pulled his pistol and fatally shot the neighbor.
Investigators said alcohol appears to be a factor with the dead suspect in the incident.

No charges appear to be filed against Chris in this matter untill the county prosecutor reviews the case.

And that is giving alot of room cause after he came out with his rifle and pointed it at my dog I would have already pulled my pistol and had it at his head!

I always wonder how the current laws would hold up to "dog, man's best friend" and defending their life.

Im sure if you had a good lawyer you could use the mans best friend defense successfully.

And fatburg, I woulda either smacked that dog right in the head or the owner right in the head. Unless he did some serious damage, then the dog dies.

True, But the difference between wanting and doing is a big one. This chump just got all cock-eyed over something he could have prevented. His hot temper and boose got the best of him and that is a big no no in my world.

Did your dog get hurt by the way? What kind of attack are we takling about? Whats the Breeds?

oh I agree, he needs to be run through the ringer big time. this situation will make some interesting arguments for all the gun carriers out there.

Ya, he has a decent gash on his rear hip and a ton of bruising. The vet was worried about some internal bleeding at first because the other dog had him off the ground and shaking him. The other dog was a lab/dalmatian mix I believe. There is a pic of my dog in my flickr pics in my profile.

Yeah, Im pretty sure I would have ended up punching that dog or its owner square in the head for that one. Why would the owner think a 5 year old could control a dog that big?

wife said he drug the kid 5-20 foot until he let go. If I would have been home he would be dead. But now it's weird, not sure how to handle it. Will probably call the management and report it and see if they tell them to get rid of the dog.

if the kid cant control the dog, he doesnt need to have it out. What if it had gone after your daughter, and not your dog?

My baby girl is the closest to a kid I ever plan on getting and I know for certain if another animal attacked her I'd kill it with my bare hands, who needs a gun?!

As soon as he killed the dog, then made death threats, he'd be gone. Shooting the dog (even though it's an animal and not a person) shows he's willing to kill. The following death threats from him would be taken very seriously and he wouldn't make it past pointing the rifle at anyone.

Man thats Awful, Every Fucking Dalmation I have seen has has an additude problem. Fire station dog, my ass! They are like Chows. Moody. But none the less I take it Megatron is the heavyweight of the house?

I had a couple of pretty bad Doberman fights at my house when my boys were younger. Violent stuff and ya, it will freak anyone out when you see the animal in them take over.

Hope your little dog makes it alright.

I would at least make a report on it of some sort. If you do have to escilate things next time at least you can point to the past record of it.

It is deeply personal decision, I know but a woman as pretty as you has to reproduce or else the ugly folks will outbreed us all and humanity is doomed...

Megatron may refer to his pistol. That was a cartoon transformer that went from robot to automatic pistol...

Megatron is my daughter, haha...but also a great name for a pistol. The vet said I had no legal grounds cause my dog wasn't on a leash. But ya, I think I'm gonna let the management know just to see if there has been other complaints.

After the fact is a lot different than during. After it happened Id be very pissed but doing more what you are planning and telling management, cops, etc. If I was around and saw another dog attack mine, Im killing it.

I agree 100 % As soon as he fired the gun in the air and then aimed it at anyone would be enough imho.

Well all this dog drama must have made it's way back to my animal. Today he had to act like a nut on the neighbor's Doberman.

They have been around each other a few times but he's kinda new to the neighbor. There was myself my 100 lb beast and two other guys with there dogs out walking them and we started shooting the shit when the smaller red doberman wanted to play rough and I kept pulling my dog out of it and telling him to sit... Well the other guy was like nah, let them play he can take it. It will be fine! Famous last words...

Took 2 seconds and the other dog tried to put his paws up on my dogs shoulders to dominate him and my dog just snaps and goes ape shit! All loud and snarly throws the other dog to the ground and sounds like he is killing him. Well Me being no stranger to this beast I can tell he is just on the verge of getting really serious and if the other dog would have bit him back he would have went into kill mode, so I instantly snatch him up and pull the two apart.

The other two guys were shitting themselves and Couldn't believe what just happened. I tried to explain it was a dog showing who was boss. If it was for real ther would have been nothing but blood. Not a mark on either dog just scared the shit out of us all.

See my dog is unfixed and any other male trying to show him who's boss he will always raise the bar till it gets out of control. Don't get me wrong if you met him he's a baby, but the point is he is an animal. And should be treated as such, unpredictable and primitive when dealing with other animals and small children.

Please keep young kids aware of any dog. It could have just as easily been a child. It's not the dogs fault and both guys understood it as they saw just what I did. I never leave my neice around any dog. She is to precious to bear a scar from an animal who has little sence.

This seems to fit in quiet well with all the retards I saw when going through Michigan.... The race was in Brooklyn, where people created 2 lanes to get onto interstate........ So there was a 7 miles back up on interstate...... Then we stayed in Battle Creek, yeah, half the people around there didn't have teeth. It is the most backhill, garbage dump place I have ever been too..... I was sooooo glad to get back into wisconsin....

I don't wish michigan on anyone...

You know It does. After almost a year in Nashville I just don't get most of these people. Its like they have no real Life experiance. Fuck, get out and live a little! God won't strike you down if you speed a little. The e-way down here is a freaking Joke! 55 Mph 4 lanes wide for no reason other than personal choice... :panic:

wanted to shoot my neighbors dog last night after it got away from there 5 year old and attacked my dog in our yard.

sooo, plot thickens. We go out for our nightly walk and the neighbor on the other side of the vicious dog stops us. Apparently the dog attacked her little 7mo old puppy who ran out and wanted to play. She brought the dog out, OMG, poor little thing is mangled fierce. We are trying to get the neighbor to file a complaint to get this dog gone NOW. But apparently the pup ran across the corner of their yard, the mean dog was on a leash but the owner could not hold him. Wasn't until the big dog chucked the puppy across the drive were they able to seperate them. Made Bailey's wounds look like nothing. If Management doesn't get rid of this dog, i might be leaving meat soaked sponges in the backyard.

It sounds like that owner needs a stern talking to. If you can't keep your fucking dog under control you need to take a step back and rethink your ownership responsibilities.

If they are so stupid they wont listen to reason then it's time to get vigilante on there ass.

I seem to have a way with talking sence into retards but it can turn sour in a hurry if they don't like what I have to say and that is fine... we can go there to if you wish. I just thought you would like the chance to change before I fuck your world up.

Good Luck man.
