I got out of my recliner. Hurt so bad I couldnt move my head and had to breath like I was in labor when the pain hit. The supper fun part was waking up at 5am and almost passing out and having to sit on my bed for 20 mi utes concentrating on breathing and dumping water on myself. Ibprophen wouldnt have done crap.

Don't bother with a chiropractor or anything else like that...

I had that issue a few years back... Started drinking more water and I rarely have any issues. Seriously. I drink 1.5-2 gallons per day, but you don't need anything near that.

Of course, I could be wrong and you could be getting a solid half gallon per day... but I doubt it. Soda, coffee, etc don't count... a lot of that stuff dehydrates you more than they hydrate.

Ive laid off the soft drinks a lot. Usually just water and some gatorade with an social drink of soft drink.

I cant wait for that stupid expensive medical bill that I wont be able to pay to come in. Fantastic.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this neck spasm starved your brain of oxygen and now you must return to 3rd grade remedial spelling.

Glad you're ok, sucks about the bill. Makes me thankful for my insurance coverage.

I got insurance (70/30 hmo) but Im sure Im still gonna have to pay way more than what I should have to. I was the only one in the waiting room. Eight minutes with the doc, and two shots with a prescription.

I'll see your neck spasm and raise you a herniated L5/S1 disc

Shitty either way.

Insurance was billed $1200. Nothing like 10 minutes of doc time and 2 shots.

Did you go to your regular doctor, an urgent care facility, or an ER?

ER. It was early sunday morning. Used to have a 24 hr minor emergency in town till the hospital bought it out. Dicks turned it into a late opening M.E. like the others.
