Its a danergous sport and just as dangerous thing for all of us.. if not more so on the streets.

The kid that hit him is Garrett Tomlinson, son of Harry Tomlinson that used to race with us in the CMRA. They are a great family and love racing. I hope he has a speedy recovery from all this...

I was there...definitely sucked.

The race was red flagged and then they ran it at the end of the day after the superbike race.

Poor kid. I feel for his family and also for the kid that hit him and his family. :no:

Maybe there is such a thing as starting out too young...Wasnt' it Hayden Gillim, Nicky Hayden's nephew that got killed a while back? I know the path to stardom is steep but these kids, even though they are willing and eager, might not quite realize the consequences...

Nephew or cousin, yeah. He was like 13 or younger.
