The circumstances seem rather strange for a professional racer.

Someone had to have pulled out in front of him. Rumor is other racers went to the scene and there was sideways skid marks like a lock up right where a driveway meets the street he was on. I hope to god some fucking cager didn't pull out in front of him and leave him laying there.

Wouldn't surprise me if it did happen that way. Maybe more info will come out over time.
