Responded to an ad on Craigslist for a house for rent... This is what I got back...

Thank for your interest in the apartment.The house is still available for rent but I will only be interested in renting it out to a very caring person that will take very good care of the house,I am a lecturer in the state and my field of lecturing is psycology.

But i have just been posted out of the state to Bristish International School in Repulic of Benin somewhere in the southern region for a 2 years course lectured of which their is no one arround me to take charge of the house, am single and my family are all in Paris since my father is one of the state chiropractor and he had to relocate down to paris with my younger one's when he was appointed as the chiropractor of the Redeemed Church in California, am the eldest out of 4 childred. and that is reason i posted the advert and send all email enquiry direct to my personal email box of which you are lucky to have contacted me. Well am presently working down here in Benin Republic and the house is locked up and the key and document are all with me, the bed room flat house which is 100% furnished okay and i have everything you need to keep you and the enviroment tidy:

House was recently sold and the email doesn't have any hits on google which usually means scam.

lol my wife had me actually go check out a place. 2 bdrm beachfront for 800.00. i laughed at her and told her its a scam, but i'll check it out since it was fairly local. when i got there i talked to the neighbors and called the number on the window. 2500.00 was the actual price. the craigslist listing had a similar story to OSP's...had to move due to family emergency, out of state, looking for someone to take care of the place. blah blah.

yeah, wife and i were set to go, but babysitter bailed and we didnt feel like having to park off site and taking a shuttle in.

better yet, mail him a package with a plastic baggie filled with shit, and a note that says the warrant for his arrest will be issued shortly.
