Never been on one, but I've heard a lot about it. There's one for sale up in Boulder, CO: http://denver.craigslist.org/mcy/843680298.html Would make a nice beginner track bike or canyon carver.

looks sweet, although IMO its a smaller displacement motor in an FZR600 frame. unless I'm mistaken the FZR600 uses that exact chassis and the same bodywork. still wouldnt mind owning the 400 just to play with.

I believe the 600 has a steel frame and the 400's is aluminum.:cheers:

FZR600 shares no parts with it's little brother...The 400s are awesome fun...I had some club race time with one. They really are cool unless you ride say in Florida or Kansas where curves don't exist. Then the 400cc will bore you to death and vibrate your brains out.

My close buddy owns a Vance and Hines replica FZR600 and it was his bosses FZR400 we club raced the hell out of. Looked exactly like the one in the picture. My friend actually won 2 amatuer championships on the little beast. For some reason the bike handles so much better than the 600. Maybe it is wheelbase and lightweight showing but it is a hummer.

Cloverleafs are one reason I rarely take the Interstates. I've never seen so much crap, broken bottles, sand, oil stains, tires, broken guardrails, etc. except in off ramps and on ramps. The only good think about them is that they are rarely blind.
