thank you guys! I had done some research on fzrs before i got this one and i read that its a common problem for the ecus to burn out on these bikes. hopefully this one wont be part of that batch.

Strange looking creature. Get a solid color on that thing!

Glad you found a ride:dthumb:

I have a 92. :dthumb::beers:

Any plans of picking one color or are you going to stick with two?

All my gear is red black and white, so i might just grab a few cans of krylon and spray the tail and uppers black... or maybe red! im leaning more towards the black though.

-btw-
have you had any starting problems with it? or have you felt the ECU get really hot on the lower right corner where the plug is?

from what ive seen, these are pretty much like the 250, nothing's really changed in these bikes since the 80s. With the exception of the single headlight the 92-93 models i believe

i remember my first encounter w/ the fuzz on a fizzer. did a good wheelie in front of him, he told me he rode bikes before and it was dangerous enough on 2 wheels let alone 1. he let me off w/ a warning. i have a feeling it was b/c it was 95 degrees and i had my leather coat, gloves and helmet on.

No, no starting problems. As far as the ECU...not that I have noticed.
