Thats a bullshit excuse. The attorney has the opportunity to deny possible jurors so that that excuse can not be used. He may want to think of something better than that. He may as well just say "he was rich, let him go."

Actually, I think they're saying he got an unfair trial because the jurors believed he was guilty of murder in the first place. Since he got lucky there, let's punish him now... Regardless of that fact, he's still guilty of this bullshit according to the evidence.

That I could understand but there is no way that any court of appeals is going to have another trial due to that either. And he probably is guilty. Im just shocked hes gotten out of everything else hes been on trial for.
