It's the internet. The kid bragged about getting the car as a gift, fucking it up, then lying to his parents. His parents were paying for the repairs and the kid didn't seem to care about it. So the honda tech people decided they would intervene. I can't really answer as to why, other than they find joy in getting the kid in trouble? :idk:
