Looks like the douchebags are headed to East Tenn.
Too bad I am too busy with getting ready for the honeymoon. I would like to go mess with them.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- As a community continues to mourn the loss of 5 people plus an unborn child, an out-of-state group plans to picket.
A Kansas church, known for protesting funerals of U.S. soldiers says it's heading to Scott County to send a message.
Wednesday, the Westboro Baptist Church in Kansas announced their plans to picket in Huntsville in the near future, but some local churches say they are bringing the wrong message with them.
Pastor Bill Shiell works at the First Baptist Church in downtown Knoxville.
From the message to the name, he does not agree with the group planning to protest in Scott County. Bill says "Just because someone says they're a Baptist Church does not make them a Baptist or a Church."
The group from Kansas announced their intentions to picket in Tennessee, with a release that states "God hates Tennessee" across the top.
"In Tennessee you call yourselves God fearing but you don't bother to take the bible off the shelf and read the words," says Westboro member Shirley Phelps-Roper.
We spoke with Shirley over the phone, who says they will picket at Scott County High School, to speak directly to the youth. She says, "We'll get them all, because when we get the children, don't you worry we'll get the parents and we'll get everyone else in that community."
Pastor Chris Buice at the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church in Knoxville says "Nobody knows exactly what those families are going through. It's just a lot of pain and to have this type of publicity stunt on top, is just unnecessary cruelty."
Chris is proud their motto is completely opposite of those with Westboro group. He says "we welcome all people here, red, yellow, black, white, gay straight, we welcome everybody. We love everybody to the best of our human ability."
When we told church member Gordon Gibson about the group's plan to picket in Huntsville, shock was all the retired minister could express. "I wish they'd go home and study what their faith should be, we don't need them here," says Gordon.
Bill Shiell says "I can think of no more obscene or heinous act, short of a crime itself, than to go and impose your own views of the world on somebody else's moment of grief."
The Westboro representative we spoke with says this picket is quote their "service to the Lord."
They said they will be in Scott County late next week. They initially had planned to protest the funerals this week, but, again, now they plan to picket at the High School.

They are protesting that this was punishment for Tennessee disobeying God.

SCOTT COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The East Tennessee community is in mourning after a deadly crash that killed four Scott High School cheerleaders in an SUV and an adult woman and an unborn child in another vehicle.
Two of the cheerleaders killed in the crash, Jamie Hill, 15, and Aleasha Hill, 17, were sisters. The other girl killed was identified as Nikki Hughett, 16. Their friend and fellow cheerleader, Ashley Mason, 15, was critically injured and later died at UT Medical Center in Knoxville.
In the other vehicle, passenger Jeweline Ledbetter King , 49, was killed, and a 22-year-old pregnant woman, Miranda King, was sitting in the back seat and lost her unborn child from injuries in the crash. The car's driver, 22-year-old Malcum King, and a 10-month-old child, Aiden Wilson, also were injured and taken to a hospital. Their conditions are not known.
The Hill family and the Mason family have asked that memorial donations be made in lieu of flowers to help pay for funeral expenses. Donations may be sent directly to Four Oaks Funeral Home in Huntsville, Tenn., and should be made either in the name of the Hill sisters or in the name of Ashley Mason.
A tree of life has been set up at Four Oaks Funeral Home in remembrance of Jamie, Aleasha, Nikki, and Ashley. You can bring ribbons to place on the tree, and they will remain there until all funeral services are concluded.

Wow. I can't even begin to understand how these morons can get away with this shit. Freedom of speech, I guess. Everyone is allowed to state their opinion, no matter how ignorant it may be. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if some of those morons disappeared in the Tennessee hills.
The crash wasn't drinking/driving related. It was the night it was raining and one of the cars hydroplaned across the road.

You know, it just amazes me how these people can believe that God kills people as punishment for not obeying him. If that were the case, there wouldn't be a single child molester alive. They'd all die as soon as they touched a child inappropriately. These people need to learn their religion if they're going to practice it.

:iagree: ltl off subject but as I told you guys earlier we had a state trooper killed and then his baby died 4 months to the day later. I stoped at an overlook couple of weekends ago to talk to some people as I was walking up to them I passed to old hags talking. They had the nerve to be talking about Michela (widow and mom), which neither of them knew. The one hag says she must have done some really horbile things to deserve this kinda of punishment. I was floored before I could stop my self I promptly replied well for a statement like that your surely going to hell. I wanted to knock the shit out of em but was in uniform, as it is I'll prob still get raked over the coals for my statement but damn some people are ignorant!!!

This just pains my heart to read. I read the initial article and new exactly which people they were talking about but there isnt even a REMOTE connection with this tragedy to what these assholes normally picket.
I am thinking sniper attack, as they unload from the bus...wait, thats wrong...

Hey Trip, shoot a quick e-mail to the local Patriot Guard Ride Captain (Tennesse Ride Captain is Annette Robeck, dreamcatcher@patriotguard.org ) and ask her if they're planning on attending. They might be unaware of the event because PGR has been doing a lot of "Welcome Home" rides lately. I think they might be interested.

fuck that... I'd rather hijack the bus and either run them over... or just point it off the nearest cliff...
since they obviously have a hard time hearing and understanding god... I say lets put a face to face meeting together... so there's no misunderstanding...

To hell with a sniper; up close, personal, and nasty. What they are doing is wrong, but that doesn't make the desire to end them right.
And freedom of speech my ass. It's just a bunch of ignorant ass packers with a masochistic desire and a belief that all in this world need feel and think the way they do. "Never underestimate the power of idiots" but at the same time, know that the power of a person with something to protect is immeasurable.

naw... I'm with ya... as much as I'd love to try and force their nose bone out the back of their skulls... it'd do nothing but feed their cause.
really... I can only hope they A.) come to their senses... or B.) dissapear somehow... like say a car wreck into a river... or hiking trip and avalanch... and are never heard from again.

When one of their clan dies, I'm picketing the shit out of the funeral. Crazy signs calling them fags, saying they'll burn in hell etc etc.
I doubt I'll be the only one.

Yes, I do contradict myself. We're of the same mind, I'd like to pummel their belief right back into them, but that would be improper. It'd be nice if people understood where they are unwelcome and simply not be there.

Round up all your riding buddies. Block their busses. Don't let them in your city. If they get in, make sure they are not heard over loud revving exhaust.
