They come in and say they're not going to change anything, but after a while, and it won't take too long, the old mods will drift away, and the MC.com mods will assume their positions. Then the ads will start.

People won't notice at first.

Who will notice an extra add at the bottom? Or a thread bashing the new owners that dissapears after it falls off the first page? But it will happen, and it's intentional. When your back is turned they will stick something in your ass. No they are not evil, just greedy, and the only way to fill their pockets is through your asshole, and not going the same way that your poopie goes, they go in through your asshole, like a gigantic penis of fuck you.

I don't blame Rob and Nancy, in fact I do blame them, they should have done this long ago. They kept CF open, when it could have ruined their lives, they paid the price so that we can pay. For 2 years they kept that site running while they were threatened with loosing their bussiness, their house, their way of life. And people are bitching because they aren't happy with a descision that they made so that they can afford to keep a roof over their heads. Yes they answered their call of duty, they were loyal to their friends, many of whom they had never even met. They are stand up people, and have always been honest and trustworthy to do bussiness with.

Thank you two wheel fix community for taking us in, it is appreciated, even if we are going to double your bandwith useage overnight. Ditto on that! I think you said it all right there, Derf. They had to do what they had to do. Unfortunately, the ones they sold to have a not-so-good reputation in the online community. I can't blame them either. I really like those two and I hope they nail the asshole that caused them all this grief. Maybe we'll see them over here periodically. I will be checking in over there and posting, but I just can't call it "home" without Lorilye and Rez at the helm. That place has been my home for the last two years since Dutch introduce me to it (and riding), and I've formed quite a few friendships there. We've been on rides and partied with alot of the guys and gals in the Nashville forum, and it's a great group of peeps over there. I will miss it when it goes down far enough not to bother anymore, but my friends will still be around. It was my hope, in all of this ick and ugly - like the posting of the *customers* thread - that we don't lose those that will just stop posting because VS drives them away. That happened on every other site I used to belong to... the value was lost when people just drifted off the site.

CF wasn't ever just a site to me - I know more people from there than many. I won't go into any financial aspects, because whatever I put into it is FAR less than any investment Rob and Nancy made.

I'm not mad - to be mad would mean they are important in my life... There is absolutely no reason to be mad at Rob and Nancy... and VS isn't important enough :idk: I do love how people interpret my thread though - as a selfish troll... YAY!!
