She's saying that there are two places NSFW pics were kept- the "Gallery" where you could just upload pics of random internet hot nekkid chicks, and the "Bedroom" forum where there was a "hopefully NSFW thread" that had actual member pics in it.

This won't help anyone who's up'd their pics to CF, but if your like me and made 99% of your pics links from a site you host yourself (Or your hosting somewhere were you can add a htaccess file), it can be of help. You have to turn on mod_rewrite and mod_expires.

The first part should make any image that the references comes from cycleforums to redirect to in this case goatse.cx (Change this if you like).
What the last part is supposed to do is force the browser, and any web caches on the way to your server, to re-validate the files in question (in this case files with ".jpg" in the filename) every time they are loaded.
That way if someone view the CF page (Yourself included) and then views the orginal page that the link came from, they'll actaully get your picture on your personal site/page without having to hit refresh.
This will cause extra traffic for you, but ideally most requests will be answered with an HTTP 304 Not Modified instead of the images being re-transmitted on every reload.
