Fake box stuff this time. I was pressed for time, so I went the easy way out. When I'm more inclined to take my time, I do it up right.

Snacks to go with the macaroni and cheese that Carolina made Sunday! :D Very tasty combination I say!

Made a huge pot of chili and corn cakes to go with it. Perfect for a cold rainy night. Dessert was a yogurt for me and cookies for Jeeps and the kids.

Then I'll tell you now I what I told you earlier, and add to it:
Mac and cheese + egg to bind + a dredge in some bread crumbs. Form into balls a little smaller than a golf ball.
Deep fry, along with the aforementioned deep fried pizza rolls. Top both with shredded cheddar and use with a ranch or a chipotle dipping sauce.

I had a patty melt, chicken strips, and a loaded baked potato for supper. Patty melt is getting a cooked hamburger patty, onions, and swiss cheese and putting it on bread then putting all of that in the george foreman. Damn good dinner.

I had a steak and some green beans. I had to make it though. :panic:
I had fruit loops for dinner. I just been eating really cheap food since the cruise. It's amazing how sick of fancy food you can get when you eat way too much of it.

No shit, when I got back from my cruise I didnt want to eat anything for an entire week.

yeah I ate a massive breakfast, would have 2 or 3 snacks before lunch, lunch was another big meal, 3 to 4 snacks before dinner which included things like pizza/hamburger/hotdogs with french fries, dinner was a very large meal that included 4 courses and sometimes up to 3 desserts, and then a couple snacks before the midnight buffet. I was a pig.

First time I've gotten to eat all day, a can of corned beef hash and a coke. I have nothing in my house to eat and nothing is open on the drive home, so it was pretty much just to give me enough energy so that I can make to work (and the convenience store) tomorrow morn.

I had Ham loaf with mashed potatoes and filling. Gravy smothered the entire plate!
I ate some of my daughters apple sauce so I could say I ate something good for me...
Sounds like a traditional Russian meal.
yup, and I've got the fucking hangover from hell to prove it.
We stopped by to say hi to one of my aunt's that was in town. They were already drinking. It rude to say no when they ask you to take a shot. One shot turned into 4, then another aunt stopped by. There went 4 more shots. Of course with Russians, a shot to them is more like a good double to everyone else.

I soaked a bag of bean soup last night and I am trying to figure out how best to make it vegetarian since the recipe calls for like a half a pig.
Maybe I need to go the the store and get some vegetarian stock.
