at least with hurricanes you have plenty of notice, and a once a month pest control company takes care of most the bugs........but Cali does have great weather, close mountains and nice scenery.

I like not having notice...I stress too much if I think something is coming. With earthquakes...they happen...they are done...you go on with your day. I have only ever been in one major one and I was far enough away that nothing really happened to us. :idk:
