Is it me, or are there an inordinate ratio of new (to this site) south'n wimmins now members of this site? It's just an informal observation, but it would appear that genteel south'n ladies appear to gravitate towards two wheels more than narth'n ladies????

I've noticed this too. Back in Indiana, I was one of two women riders I knew of. Since I've moved to Florida, I can't even count.

I think the main difference is that a longer riding season brings out more riders in general. :idk:
