When I bought my Jetta I got the heated seats "for my wife", but I have to agree that about this time of the year they come on and will not go off until around March.

heated seats... I have to plug my heat gun in and run it over my seats for a while...

works well... only burnt two sets before I decided low setting is best

The seats in the Suby are heated, but the drivers' butt won't come on...I think a plug came loose (yeah, I know that sounds SO wrong :diitb::lol:). As for my MX6, well...that's what teenagers are for...
I send him out to start the car and turn the defrost on about 15 minutes before I leave (if I'm not running late). He can't wait to drive...

ok... here's what you do... rig a hidden camera...

then go into the Suby dealership and tell them you have a loose butt plug...

that ever since the butt plug came loose... your butt just doesn't get warm like it did before.

see if they'll replace the butt plug for you... or at least re-insert it.

OK, I never thought I would use my heated seats in the mini... use them almost every day now that it's *cold* outside.

Snow is just fine for riding.

It's also handy for practicing your break dancing skills.

I don't want heated anything really, but when I was ND I wanted heated mirrors and windsheild wipers. Those shits froze over and since I let the car heat I ficured they'd be ok, WRONG. I ended up having to pull over at the end of the driveway and clear them every morning, youd think I would have eventually started remembering. Thank God I moved. Now I just want some heated gloves.

My two previous cars (VW's) had heated seats. I miss them dearly. Dealer told me it was about $500 to get them installed and I'm just not spending it.
