Kinda where I was headed in thought.

If "putting a face on it" humanizes things enough for people to pay better attention to patient care, then it does follow that more attractive people will get more attention.

So...what do we do? Keep it anonymous, and everyone gets worse care?

Would more attractive people get better care? Probably.

Would everyone's care get better? Very likely.

Would the lawyers ruin it for everyone like in Corey's example? Definitely.
