I used to watch is ALL the time. But I could not stand her voice anymore. But every other show on HGTV (I know Clean House is Style)...is the shit.

I've caught that show a few times. My favorite are always the ones where they try and hold on to every little piece of shit they just found burried in the back of a closet that they forgot existed, and then throw massive shit fits when they are forced to part with it.

Oh, I have horrible pictures in houses. I used to be the project manager for a Homevestors Franchise (We Buy Ugly Houses). Walking into houses that were destroyed - fleas, poo on the floor and walls, dead mice in the rooms, NASTY.

It's like when one of my mother's best friends died of a sudden heart attack. Her husband asked my mother to help him sort their house. By sort - I mean she FILLED the house with crap. Shopaholic BIG time... how the husband just let their house fill so full they only had paths to work their way from room to room.

She found about $40,000 of stuff that was purchased, still in the bag WITH the receipts. She would shop, then just drop the stuff inside the house somewhere. They returned everything they could - can you imagine??!?

Still the changes they make are HUGE... I'd love to see follow up shows to see how long the people maintain that cleanliness. :lol:

With all the chaos that I deal with at work on a day to day basis, my house is spotless since it's the one thing I CAN control. Whenever I take a business trip, I usually come back to find dishes with dried food on them all over the house.

Freaking out ensues.
