you used the img tags button to enter your youtube link. You just need to paste the youtube link into the thread wtihout any button use. The one with the watch v= or something.

working on abs right now will only push out your gut harold. muscle is below the fat and you are attempting to grow the muscle.
there is no such thing as "spot" fat burning.

you're welcome Harold. Like I said, start off slow..less then 10 reps per exercise and only 2-3 days a week. Keep up with the cardio and eventually you'll be able to do the 25 reps of each thing....it's fucking murder!!
