My husband had his checkride and oral exam today(he already aced the written exam) and is now officially a licensed private pilot!!! :nana2:

One license down....7 more to go!!! :lol:

Its a long road, but worth it. My ex went through pilot training. All the way.

By the end of March he will be licensed to fly nearly anything. That's what the other 7 licenses are. :lol:

As soon as this weather clears up a little bit . . . like tomorrow or Thursday I'll be flying down to Dallas for the afternoon. Having the freedom a license offers you is just the coolest thing in the world.

Hubby is 3 hours away at school. Won't see him again until Christmas. I am not allowed in the schools planes for insurance reasons.

Maybe someday....but not anytime soon is all I'm getting at. :wink:
