I posted this on another forum and this was one of the responses...
Best tread evr. Colleen I am in tears over here. I'm printing it out & doing a little formatting with it. I've put our hospital logo on top with "Newborn Patient Instuction Sheets" at the top. I'll silently drop off a stack at the Post Partum desk & see what happens.
