I had to change out my coolant to be able to run in a faster group with STT. Switched to water wetter.
First time I ever changed my own coolant.

is it water wetter or engine ice that us northerners can run on the track and still leave in for winter storage?
I don't remember.

Get about 5 gallons of distilled water. Drain out the coolant everywhere including reservoir, fill it up with distilled water only. Let it run in idle for a couple minutes then snap the throttle a few times. Let it cool a little bit and drain again, Repeat until it is completely clear coming out. Take a gallon of distilled water and put in about 20 caps of water wetter, after you drained everything out and its clear, use that gallon to fill it up and your good to go after you let it idle for a few and snap the throttle.
Cutty, use liquid performance.

This is gonna have to get added to my maintenance list for spring since I have no clue if the coolant has ever been changed in my bike.

Water Wetter freezes. It's mostl water and some Water Wetter added to it. Engine Ice doesn't freeze. I'm putting Engine Ice in when I get home.

No shit! :rockwoot:
Liquid Performance is suppose to be the shit, it's what my mechanic recommends and he knows his stuff and is a track junkie himself.
That's what I wanted to go with, but the local business that carries it moved and I couldnt find em in time. I will probably switch out at the end of the season.
