buddy just bought some to fix a bike he bought, wanted me to help him get it back together, well..... the quality of the plastic wasnt as shitty as i expected, HOWEVER, they dont fit worth a shit, none of the holes line up near where they should be, took a lot of rigging, i would suggest NEVER buying those no matter how cheap the price is!
here's a pic, almost completed, just waiting on the ram air tubes
EDIT: it does look really good, even in person, but factory plastics would have taken like 10 minutes to put on versus hours and hours and hours, and hours, and i feel bad for anybody that has to remove the plastics for any reason, and put them back on, like for an oil change or something...
cause we had to pull and stretch, and zip tie, and drill, and break tabs, etc
Interesting you should say this. I have a friend down here who did just that with his CBR600RR and I believe that he said that he had no problems at all with his...interesting

I've heard nothing but nightmare stories from others about chinese plastics. Between the bad fit and difficult time TRYING to get them on the bike - they shatter on impact if there is any crash after.
Looks great, but you get what you pay for.....
That's depressing, there was actually some good looking plastic on ebay.

I'd rather go with airtech fiberglass parts and just customize them to suit my needs.

Looks great, but you get what you pay for.....Yep, I've heard the same thing. Even if the fit's right, lay it down and it'll look like you dropped a glass bike.

Werd. A friend ordered some off Ebay a cuople years ago after going down on her '03 R1. They were GORGEOUS and looked pretty good once installed, but she had the same problem with the screw holes I believe, and then the color faded badly in just a year or so.
