07 because the bike is better, more grunt and flickability, plus it has a stock HESD.

07 all day. just a newer bike and has some extra goodies I think. I personally like the newer 600RR over the 05 style, although the 05 is still hot looking.

Wish I had pics but I don't both are local to me. THe 07 has been treated good over it's 8000 miles repsol oil, brand new tires, etc...It's priced to sell as the owner is expecting a baby and needs to free up some $$$$

This will likely become the wife's bike at some point.

Those reasons right there is likely the difference maker......

Isn't the 07 a tad lighter than an 05 as well?

then 07. even if the 05 was treated the same, the 07 wins out. but if the 07 was ragged out and not taken care of,(anything can look immaculate, thats why i asked about the owners/style of riding) even tho its a slightly better bike than the 05 technically, its not the better buy imo.

Both owners have documentation of maintenance performed as well. Personally I tend to usually favor the least mileage, but the HESD I like ALOT.

Tough call. I hate the slight changes they made to the 07 visual package. But I would say that the 07 is more comfortable, as Honda has replaced that piece of cardboard that they called a seat. I've ridden my friends 05 and its a damn ball buster! But the 05 does only have 3500 miles.... that is babied!

Either way your getting a good bike, and unless you are going to use it solely for a track bike whats the extra few pounds gonna matter???

What color is the 07???

Both are black, the 05 is black tribal, the 07 is black

LOL not that it matters... but if the 07 was the sweet ass metallic blue/silver scheme i'd say take it but nevermind.... thats one of my favorite paint jobs ever. :rockwoot:

The '07. The '05 CBR was the slowest and heaviest 600 that year. The '07 is a proper bike.

8,000 miles is not a lot. Not at all.
