Portland, Oregon (The Weekly Vice) Michael G. Dick, a Gresham, Oregon man was arrested Tuesday morning after allegedly entering the home of an 88-year-old woman in the nude, only to get a groin crushing surprise.

According to Multnomah County deputies, Dick (yes, that's his real name) entered the home an 88-year-old woman through a sliding door. He then confronted the woman, who was still in her bathrobe, while he himself was completely naked.

Investigators say the man backed the woman up into her living room and then pushed her, face down, into a chair.

"Before whatever plans the suspect might have had, the woman reached behind her and grabbed the man by the crotch, giving him a good squeeze," said deputy Paul H. McRedmond of the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office.

Vero Beach, Florida (The Weekly Vice) Stephen Guy Thomas, a 26-year-old deputy with the Indian River Sheriff's Department has been charged with possessing child pornography after detectives found a laptop containing child porn in his patrol car.

Thomas, who began employment with the Sheriff's office in 2005, was arrested on Tuesday after detectives seized a laptop from his patrol car that allegedly contained at least 14 graphic videos featuring child pornography. Investigators say the videos depicted children as young as 5-years-old engaged in sexual acts that included intercourse and bondage.

Investigators first became aware of Thomas' alleged activities while investigating Internet-related child pornography crimes. Detectives encountered a screen name over the Internet that traced back to Thomas, according to Jeff Luther of the Indian River County Sheriff's office.

Thomas was suspended without pay and booked into the Indian River County Jail on a $150,000 bond. He was incarcerated in the general population section of the jail with no special accommodations, said Luther.

Thomas' arraignment hearing is set for January 30, according to jail records.
