The twin blown GTO reminded me of a trip I took to LA a couple year ago and of a certain Hot Wheels Car exhibit I saw while I was at a car museum.

Unfortunately my camera died while I was there and I had left the charger in Georgia, but I got a couple of cool pictures I thought I could share.

First off, the functional Hot Wheels Twin Mill. Two blown 454s if I recall correctly.

In another section were celebrity cars which had been featured in various videos over time.

From memory I believe they were:

Snoop Dogg

Marylin Manson

Metallica

I think ZZ Top for the last two.

Chip Foose had stuff on display as well. My favorite being the old truck that his father redid for him as a project. Thought the newer style Tbird was classy considering how big of a failure the car was.

And then just a couple random ones I found on my comp. If I had known how cool this place was I probably would have spent less time using my camera battery on hot chicks playing beach volleyball, but oh well. Live and learn in LA.

Nice pics.

I've actually been in a car built by Chip Foose. Wes Rydell stopped by my old job with the "CoolAire" a rebuilt BelAire. Pretty sweet car.

Yeah, I'll have to remember to get the pics off my phone when it's charged and post 'em up.

Was that at the Petersen? They didn't have nearly as much cool stuff when I was there, I was disappointed. And I kept setting off the damn proximity alarms

May have been, it was a blurry 10 day trip visiting my older brother. He knew I loved cars and insisted that I go to this huge museum of car. Petersen sounds about right, I was probably hung over to hell when I drove there.
