since Zs debit card # got stolen over the holidays, i think we want to invest in a service that kepps tabs on our credit and credit cards.

any recommends, saw an add for lifelock? where the dude drives around w/ his SSN on a billboard.

I have seen reports that lifelock is a ripoff and that it just makes you more of a target.

Last year, someone got a hold of my debit card number. I don't know how, probably at a restaurant or some other retailer. My bank (Chase) called me immediately and notified me of suspicious activity. The guy had made 2 purchases online totaling less than $50 and he attempted to make another 2 or 3 purchases which were denied. Chase immediately after speaking with me credited my account and sent me out a new debit card with a new number on it and canceled the other card. Not bad for a free service. I have been very happy with Chase Bank and fully recommend them.
