Police in Reading and Muhlenberg Township are investigating a bizarre crash that left a car sitting on its roof on a railroad overpass. The car was found on the train tracks over the Warren Street Bypass yesterday afternoon. Police say the car was reported stolen in the city earlier in the day. No one was in the car when police arrived at the scene.
