[BBQ?
can we all stop being homosexuals and get something going here?

I'm not joking around and this has nothing to do with anything else, this is a serious topic, just to see if it sparks any real interest. :idk::whistle:

I think a 1 month heads up should be enough for everyone to ask for the day off etc. right?

after that, just need to find out how much a pavillion would run for, everything else is just people putting up the money for the food/drinks. usually about $10 per person.

Yeah I'd think 4-6 weeks would suffice (you're talkin on a weekend, aren't you?).

You could always determine the approx. price per head, then have people Paypal ya when they RSVP, setting a deadline for payment (that way no one is left holding the bag in terms of putting out their own money and not getting it back).

I was thinking like Feb 22nd, since that would be 1 weekend after valentine's day. so that way people can do their thing with their significant other and not use it as an excuse to not show up.

what do you think?

I didnt say it would be for free, im sure if everyone wants good grilled/smoked food they would be willing to pay for it.

I would be down to pay Bicho to cook.

I'll pay for good food if it is at a restaurant.

Last time I had some truly AMAZING bbq, it was free.

Didn't taste like the financial pages either.
