My HIGH temp for the past few days has been sub-freezing, and I work OUTSIDE after the sun goes down. 38 is frigging warm. I was driving around today with the window down wearing a T-shirt and I believe it was 30 degrees.

38 if South Florida feels MUCH colder than 38 anywhere else in the US. The humidity is still there, so it just feels that much colder.

65 in NC is beautiful.. 65 in FL is chilly and I want a jacket.
