Upon doing a little cyber-stalking, you happen to learn that she is in fact only 17.

It depends, if she looks like she's 17, and that was part of the appeal to you, then yeah, it's wrong. If you honestly thought she was of legal age and it was merely her physical attributes that you found appealing then I don't think it constitues anything more inherently immoral than looking at any other form of "adult" entertainment.

Yes and fortunately she was using a camera that either wasn't compatible or was set on hi-res and her picks did not come out. His picks were just face and upper body shots so thank god i don't have his 15 yr old wang for a screen saver. Needless to say cell phone priveledge was immediately and irrevocably denied!
