I'm pretty sure when they get a limo for the President that it goes to a private company for customization. It gets a pepped up motor, new seats, stretched, new drivetrain, bullet proofing, new everything. Can't have the car breaking down while people are firing guns at your vehicle.

This company I'm sure has absolutely no affiliation with General Motors or the Cadillac division.

But Cadillacs are built far better than their other lines. Which is why you pay out the ass for a Cadillac.
