2005 CBR 600RR Red with black graphics, immaculate condition, good tires
GPR stabilizer, undertail exhaust flush mounted into the undertail kit, led turn signals, wish I had a pic, it has 19,000 miles on it.
How much would you offer for this bike?

$4500-5K Depends on local market. Stealership around here would have it for about $5500 on the floor.

It's a local owner looking to get rid of it.

low miles, popular bike. Not too far out of line.
Remember, when buying used bikes, mods are only worth as much as the buyer feels they are worth. A bone stock bike and a fully modded bike of the same make/model/miles and in the same condition should be ~ the same price.

Usually in that case the seller of the modded bike is dillusional.

Because they are retards.
In the case of this bike....see what blue book is and offer less. Bang.

I agree Cutty, I look at the bike's value w/o consideration of the mods.
The owner of the 05 is asking $4000

That is a deal... my friends got his this past summer with no mods for over 5 before tax. But that 05 is soo uncomfortable, its a real ball buster.

$4k OTD is a good price for that bike. It's high miles for a bike of that year, but it's a honda, they're pretty reliable. I'd say go for it if you're looking for a street bike. If you're looking for a track bike then there are much better deals out there.

Go to him with 35 Ben Franklin's in your right pocket, whip them out and tell him to sign over the title and like it. Just make sure you have another 5 Benny F's in your other pocket just in case he tells you to pound salt.
