I kinda dig the black frame, but as much as I hate to admit it, all that black might be too much... all gloss black offers no depth... paint that frame a graphite color and rock the shit out of the all black... Oh, and that front fender has to go... It's fuckin' ginormous...

Yeah, the profile just doesn't flow that well... I think he could have fabbed something a little more low-pro that came down over the engine in the front a bit... covering that frame gap.

Not sure that I've ever seen a bike with colored engine cases that I've liked... Stock matte copper/brass colors are ok... black and silver looks the best... sometimes... sometimes a white. Orange and blue and all that other shit people do just looks fucking terrible.

It's a TLS.

The forks are different in the different pics. If you look closely you can see the can was changed too.

The bike was / is in a constant state of evolution.

I forgot what the TLS frame looked like & the direct mounted shock (or whatever you wanna call it) threw me off, I was thinking the TLS got the rotary like the TLR (did it?), but even if it did it coulda been switched out for a standard.

I have no clue, I will have to look. I got a fair amount from what I remember. I think I still have the full fairing R&G sliders, watsen design signals, scratched lowers without hardware, some other body pieces that are scratched, and some other various bits.

Good luck streetfightering the TLR, that's going to be a sick bike when you get it done. When you get into modifying it take a look at Penske, the only weakness of the TLR is the rotary rear shock, Penske makes a great shock relocating kit for the bike that makes them handle like a dream.

Yeah, it's fucking pricey. If you can find a used one it would help. Honestly unless you're planning on doing a lot of trackdays it's probably not worth it. On the street I know I couldn't tell the difference.
