They're toxic to cats (I think possibly to dogs as well, but I'm not 100% on that). Are they in a closed box where the cat can't chew on them (that's what you need to be careful of)?

Mrs. Meyer’s are really good products although I have not tried the dryer sheets. They are green, not tested on animals and made in the USA. :dthumb:

Too bad dryer sheets leave semi-toxic chemicals behind. They're OK for most clothes I guess, but not a good idea to use on bedsheets or towels.

A. What the fuck is "semi-toxic"? It's either toxic or it's not. We're at war, pick a side.
B. I spend 8 hours in bed, and 16 hours in my clothes, so why is it worse if I use dryer sheets on my sheet sheets?
C. Is there anything that Californians don't consider toxic? For fuck sakes, this shit is out of control. You could probably wrap a lesbian midget in dryer sheets and superglue, and shoot her out of a cannon, without any side effects, aside from getting lesbian midget superglue dryer sheet residue all over your cannon.

Well, considering the bodily fluids that are regularly exchanged on a bedsheet (as well as slobber on a pillowcase).........
And do you like petrochemicals getting up your eyelids?

Well I don't know how you're doing it, but when I'm exchanging bodily fluids in bed, it's not with the sheets.
And do you like petrochemicals getting up your eyelids?
I don't know, do I have to pay extra for that?
Seriously, you want some petrochemicals up your eyelids? Try working pit crew at an endurance race. Dryer sheets, pfft, I would have killed to have some at Barber a couple years ago, to wipe my eyes out.

To take a second from the joking, check with Amazon or the seller about this. I got the same message ordering a battery for my mom's phone, so I shopped elsewhere. I got an email about two days later telling me that there was a glitch in Amazon's computer and that the item had been shipped:
"Your order (XXXXXXXXXX) has shipped.
The following is your United States Postal Service
Tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXXX
You may track your package on USPS' website.
There was a glitch in Amazon’s system.
They are currently working on fixing the problem and
your account will be back to normal.
Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.

And sure enough, got the battery two days following that.
