What new law down there? The big thing in NY and more so NYC is them cracking down on exhausts, and it could be real ugly if it passes.

Florida passed a law for improper tag display... basically if your tag isn't perfectly visible or oriented exactly the right way (ie. not on it's side), you're subject to a fine up to $1k.

thats just the first time the second time is 2500 and i forget the fine for the third time

I think the ticket in ny can be up to 1k the first time then they can take your bike. worst part is theyre trying to do thiis like a parking ticket where they will check for a stamp on the exhaust, that way they dont have to pull bikes over knowing a lot of them are going to run anyway.
