I like eating gourmet meals and chase skirts but I always have regrets afterward like thinking, "Damn, that could have been the Ohlins revalve kit for the forks." Or thinking to myself, "Damn, bitch, stop drinking that fancy booze, that's my Galfer brake pads right there!"
Or if I were to buy some new clothes and wristwatches, and it's like"Damn, that could be brake rotors and master cylinders upgrades for the bikes."
Whoever got me suckered into motorcycling should be shot because this shit dominates my mind, my time and my budget.

I just work a few extra shifts to offset the cost. Fortunatley the missus isnt high maintenance. Buy her a few pairs of boots and i am left to do what i want:rockwoot:

Your thoughts should be....
*Just think how many motorcycles I could have bought for what I paid for that new red BMW.*
I think fine drinks and women are the least of your concerns.

Right.
I like fine dining as much as the next guy but the last time I spent almost a grand on dinner it was chasing clients, not tail.

I don't feel guilty at all. I have way more money into my music (instruments/albums) then I do my bikes.

Okay, I forgot about that part. I don't feel too guilty taking money from bikes to buy guns and vice versa.
Nope not guilty here. If I want something for my bike I just go and buy it. It usually takes me a while to make the actual purchase, I wind up shopping online for a while, comparing prices, reviews and any information I find.
I also have a secret bike account that I drop a little bit in each month, hopefully my next bike wont be used like every other bike I've owned.

Yep, sure do.
I drive a 11-year old Ford Ranger, paid cash, so I could save up money for bikes and bike related ish. ( the truck is worth less than EITHER bike) My money spending weakness is sushi, I can drop $100-$150 in a heartbeat on dinner and then I look back and say "shit, that's a trackday at jennings".

When I bought my bike I had no problem buying gear but before I could buy parts my son was on the way. I had people bug me about my stock exhaust. I would tell them "do you know how much food/clothes or what ever for my son with that money?". My bike stayed stock because I didn't feel I needed any off it. I was happier spending the money on my son.
I plan on buying another bike and I might do that odd thing to that. We will see what happens. But my kids come first.

Yea, my non motorcycle related vices are hockey and goddamn expensive coffee drinks.
I've tried to cut out my coffee and fast food competely. If i cut out 25 bucks of coffee and food a week... boom 100 extra bucks for my bike payment. Plus it cuts down on unneeded calories.
Hockey however, i dont feel guilty for paying $250 a session becasue it keeps me active.

I'm about to throw about 4 grand out the window. If anything I feel guilty not spending it on the family, or saving it. But who cares, my family gets so spend more time with me. And that's more important than money, right? haha Most importantly, I get a new toy.

Actually thats true too. I'm gonna have to buy some new mid-fairings to replace the originals the original owner cracked. To justify spending that $270, im prolly going to sell my PSP or flat screen tv. Damn it....

i am so guilty of this, if it wasnt for pc i would be living in a empty room with a plastic tarp on the ground and the bike in the living room where a couch and tv should go

sage one? far from it, but..... if you arent in a committed relationship, just tell one chick to pay half and you'll pay the other half...tell that to two other chicks as well, that way you dont pay anything ;) and you now have an extra "half" to take and split three ways to buy the three chicks something really thoughtful. you get what you want, they feel appreciated, everyones happy

Most of my money goes to school. Everytime I buy a book I think "Damn, that's a Pilot Power and some change". Plus I wear my tires out faster since I have no time for twisties so I basically give my tire a flat top between home to work to school to home to do it all again the next day.
So yeah I'm wasting my money big time.

This is all contingent upon finding one or more women who both have money and feel compelled to spend a significant amount on you.
That's the hard part, if you ask me.
