Yes I read the article Sean, including this part that said "The victim told police that, prior to the attack, he had been "intimate" with McCarl "approximately 5-6 times since July 2008."

There is no telling what their previous intimate moments entailed, they could have been little kinksters and into all kinds of shit that the article didn't say.

There is no evidence that she drugged him, even though he claims she admitted it. For all we know it could have been payback for the times he said "whoops, it slipped, wrong hole, sorry". It's his word against hers plain and simple. She wasn't arrested on charges of sexual assault, she was arrested on 'suspicion' of sexual assault. There is his side, her side and somewhere in the middle lies the truth. Unless there was a video camera or something, then Mikey will post it as soon as he finds it on youtube.
