That's actually VERY easy to make, Cake mix and food coloring. I made one years ago for a guy that I worked with (who was a HUGE flamer and proud of it!!!) when we threw a surprise bday party for him at the office. Needless to say, it wasn't a very PC working environment!

You pour the cake mix seperately. Use white cake mix and food coloring, make the cake mix and divide it into 6 bowls. Make your 6 colors.

You start out with 6 bowls of cake mix ready to pour into the cake pan right before you cook. Let's use the bottom layer as an example. So you got purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red mix.

First you take your bowl of purple mix and pour a little into your cake pan. then you pour your blue mix right on top of that, then you pour green on top of that, and so on.

If I cut that cake and saw those colors, I'd be wondering if someone had spiked my drink with something.

Looking at the lines in the cake and how uneven everything is that would be my guess too. :dthumb:

I've done something similiar but only swirled a couple of colors in (think marble cake except using 2 colors) for one of the padawans birthday cakes. I never thought about doing a whole cake like that.
