Some guy comes in here, apparently he works here but I dont know him from a hole in the wall. tells me he has 2 friends/family memebers that were in a car accident. Turns around and tells me one may need an x-ray and if I had any consideration I would expedite the whole thing since he has to take them home and has to work in the morning.

Sure I will move very quickly on all this.
