Sony e-reader

Anyone have any models of one of these? I just ordered a e-reader 505 since I'm running out of space for all the books I tend to collect.

I've read a bunch of pretty solid reviews on them, especially with the Kindle 2 now out. The only real gripe I've seen on them is the page turning button is in an awkward place for some people, and page turning response can be a little slow. But as far as function, they seem to review very well. I'd like to pick one up, but they're still a little higher in price than I'd like to spend at the moment.
