Road Trip!

Spring has FINALLY arrived....and I've decided to celebrate by taking a little road trip this week-end....east...through the southern Flint Hills...to Uncle Jack's (http://www.unclejacks.net/) in Independence, KS....

It's supposed to be gorgeous this week-end...should make for a nice ride over that morning...lunch...some time to explore a cool little town with a lake near by....and a nice ride back that afternoon....maybe a 300 mile day.

I can't wait....if any of you are Centrally US located and want to head that way, I'm planning to be in Independence by noon. :rockwoot:

I'll have to see. I'm supposed to go home that day for spring break, but kind of want to ride up. Or should I show some reserve and only go to the one in Memphis. Or should I go to this one and not Memphis. So many choices!
