after 2 weeks with no working e-mail...

Sorry some of you will get this some of you won't.

However, I appreciate your patience while e-mail issues are being worked on. I have an outside support vendor looking into the issue, however i can give no accurate timeline or how long we will be out of service.

This process (merger) has been complicated by several technical issues which I can't explain and some of which I don't understand myself. I am aware that some users have E-mail and others don't and again i am not sure why.

If you have an alternative method for delivery for all but the least important documents, I would suggest that. This may include G-mail, yahoo, or excite address or even faxing the documents when necessary. Loan documents can be stored and retrieved on the server with instructions from loan processing staff.

If you get this and your office mates dont please pass this on. It would be helpful in a sense that if someone gets a delivery failed message to send that on to me. It could be helpful in finding a solution...

Agreed. If I pulled that kind of bullshit, I'd be fired.

Financial institutions tend to drag their feet on tech, because it costs money. I could see it being a nightmare trying to merge two antiquated and infinitely hacked disparate applications in order to get things working properly. Hell, my mother still occasionally makes comments about doing work in her terminal app.

MIcrosoft outlook is still down:panic: Yeah and I don't feel like using excite or Yahoo for customers personal documents...:panic:

Websense is filtering at about 80% today. I am having to back page and refresh a couple times to get what I want thru the filter. But I am still doing it:rockout:
